Graduates from selected relevant university
bachelor’s programmes
You qualify for admission to the master’s programme in European Law School if you have a Dutch university bachelor’s degree inEuropean Law School, Dutch Law, or Tax law. You may also qualify for admission if you have a non-Dutch university bachelor’s degree in Law, provided that the Board of Admissions considers your degree to be of a level equivalent to a Dutch university bachelor’s degree in Law.
Pre-master’s programme in Law
Does your bachelor’s degree not qualify you for direct admission to a master’s programme in Law? Then you can apply for the pre-master’s programme in Law. This is a preparation programme for students with a university of applied sciences (hbo) or research university bachelor's degree who want to pursue a university master's degree at the UM Faculty of Law but are not eligible for direct admission to our English-taught programmes.

As English is the language of instruction in this study programme, it is essential that your English language skills are good enough for you to undertake intensive and challenging academic courses that are taught and examined in English.

All candidates must write a well-prepared and structured letter of motivation for this specific master’s programme.
