Pinch Pleat
Fabricated Drapery
Pinch Pleat is a universal window treatment that offers a full, even look to drapery. This fabrication style is best suited for blackout applications, and provide superior light control for a consistent, balanced look with no light leakage. This style is best suited for guest rooms and other areas where a blackout is needed.

Ripplefold offers an identical appearance from either side and offers a clean look and feel and is preferred when 6-10 inches between window exists. This fabrication style procures a more contemporary/modern look, perfect for public spaces when blackout is not required.

Our roller shades are fully customizable for any application or preference. We offer solar screen fabric roller shades for better or less visibility, light and privacy controls as well as UV blockage.

Roman Shades
Roman Shades help bridge the design gap between the more traditional look of full drapery panels and the ultra-modern aesthetic of a roller shade. Folding into themselves is considered a space saver however when opened they are visibly smooth. Roman Shades are perfect for conditions where you cannot install a full drapery, like built-ins and banquettes.

It is the last touch you need to complete your award-winning design. Decorative hardware enhances the look of a room and its window treatments, no matter your design aesthetic.
Our ceiling mounts, H-Rail and Flat Track, are available in a Matte White, Matte Black, Anodized, Bronze, and Gold, and also come in four different profiles.
The H-Rail comes in 1 and 1/8" and has a rounded front to give a soft touch to the room. Our Flat Track is just that, a Flat Track. The Flat Track offers three different sizes, 3/4", 1 and 1/2" or a 3" for a bold statement.
We know time is of the essence when completing a hotel, so our decorative hardware is only available as a ceiling mount. Ceiling mount decorative hardware is a time saver for your installation team. Wall mount decorative hardware requires more pieces to be appropriately installed vs. our easy-to-install ceiling mount version.
Due to the unique addition of a felt, or as we like to call it the Mohawk, our decorative hardware allows for zero light leakage, unlike traditional drapery hardware. The Mohawk works with the flow of the ceiling, not against it, and hugs every imperfection of it.
California Title 19 Fire Retardant Code
As your partner, we are sharing information on the California Title 19 FR Code.
Title 19 is an existing California State FR requirement that is not new, and until recently, was rarely enforced. Within the past several months we have experienced a higher level of regulatory oversight for Title 19, which is the reason for this communication.
What does this mean?
The state of California has increased their visibility and enforcement of the Title 19 Fire Code Regulations. Title 19 affects decorative fabrics supplied for window treatments (both interior and exterior), as well as draperies and roller shades in public areas. This includes but is not limited to: restaurants, ballrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and areas that accommodate occupancy levels over 50. The regulation requires proof of flame-retardant material, as well as the California State Fire Marshal's Seal on finished draperies.
What does this mean for you and your projects?
The material or fabric used for draperies or roller shades in public areas shall be of flame retardant material or treated with flame retardant solution. Fabrics must be tested and registered with the Office of the California State Fire Marshal. This requires an application process which most of your fabric suppliers should be familiar with, as well as a passing test result to meet CA Bulletin 1237.
What should you expect from Valley Forge and your other fabric manufacturers?
Fabric suppliers are defined as “Manufacturers” who market a flame-retardant fabric or material for use as draperies and/or roller shades. Manufacturers are responsible for the fabric testing and registration process, and are also responsible for providing the applicable registration number to the Purchasing Agent and/or Fabricator.
What should you expect from CDI, A Valley Forge Company and your other fabricator/cut & sew/installation suppliers?
Fabricators/cut & sew/installation suppliers are responsible for coordinating receipt of the registration number, properly printing the approved California State Fire Marshal's Seal labels and attaching labels on the finished draperies/roller shades.
Valley Forge is currently working closely with the State of California Fire Marshal to better understand and develop best practices for Title 19 and the official FR application process. We expect to share additional details in the coming weeks.
