  Findings from a recent survey conducted by Business Group on Health and Fidelity Investments revealed approximately 6 in 10 employers said their well-being strategy is consistent globally, and 18% of employers are planning to develop one soon. And, according to additional stats, 66% of employees said they are less likely to look for a new job if their company supports their well-being.
